Product Feature — TED mobile app

TED Conferences (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ted.android&hl=en_IN&gl=US)mobile app is one of my favourites in the learning category. The powerful red-white UI has been designed for mass usage.
Some features that I loved:
- Segmentation
I love how the app has only 3 sections — New, Trending and Most viewed. This part is crucial as it is landing page of the app and it appeals to all sorts of users.
2. Search features
Again, simplicity at its best. Search by category, playlists and speaker.
Things that I would love to see:
a) Creation of multiple individual playlists
b) A call to action post some TED talks so that the user actually implements them
This can potentially be an offshoot of the current application.
